Raghu Ananthanarayan, Co-Founder
Raghu Anathanarayanan is an organizational consultant with a deep understanding of the Indian tradition of Itihasa-Purana, especially Mahabharata and its characters. A post-graduate in engineering from IIT Madras, Raghu has spent close to three decades transforming the organisational culture and creating a developmental process for a variety of organizations across the spectrum – from grass root developmental organisations to modern industrial ones. His study of Yoga Shastras, engagement with process work and organizational consulting has allowed him to develop a nuanced insight into human processes. He has developed a unique methodology called “Totally Aligned Organization”, and a model called the “Tensegrity Mandala” that combines his understanding of Organizational Processes and Yoga.
Raghu has been delving deeply into three questions: How does one become the best that one can be? How do organizations and groups become the best that they can be? What does it mean to be an Indian? His search for the answers has led him to more than a decade of intense study of Yoga with Yogaachaarya T Krishnamacharya and Desikachar. He has also interacted with J.Krishnamurti and learned Process Work from Prof. Pulin K. Garg. Raghu’s approach to teaching Yoga is primarily based on the Krishnamaachaarya tradition, combined with his experiential learning and introspection, making his teachings contemporary and accessible.
Raghu has co-founded Sumedhas Academy for Human Context, The Barefoot Academy for Governance and FLAME TAO Knoware (Pvt. Ltd) and also serves on the board of several companies. He currently mentoring a young group of “sacred activists’’ called Ritambhara, as well as co-creating a platform of Yoga Teachers from the Krishnamaachaarya Tradition called “Ananta Yoga”. He is also associated with YogaVahini, a training and healing centre that specializes in offering Yoga teacher training and therapist training programmes.
Rajiv Kuchhal Co-Founder
Rajiv has worked extensively in the IT and BPO industry, most of it at Infosys Ltd. He was the COO of OnMobile Global Ltd. and a co-founder of Progeon Ltd. (now Infosys BPO). Rajiv is an active angel investor and mentor to multiple startups in the social enterprise and technology space. He is a general partner at Exfinity Ventures and a mentor at IIMB-NSRCEL Social Incubator. He is an independent director at Expleo solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is a graduate of IIT Delhi.
Vivek Dhikpathy, CEO
Vivek is a business leader who brings over 20 years of experience across Sales, HR consulting and core functions both in India and abroad. He has rich and extensive experience in Human Resources including HR systems building, HR Transformation, Talent Management, Leadership Development and executive coaching. He is certified in MBTI, FIRO B, OPQ and is a certified coach.
Prior to joining Quinnergy, Vivek headed HR for TVS Motor Company India’s 3 rd largest 2-wheeler manufacturer. Prior to TVS Motor Vivek has had stints with Dell international services and Ma Foi Management consultants. He is an MBA from the University of Lincoln and completed an advanced program in HR from the University of Michigan. In his current role, Vivek is responsible for spearheading Quinnergy’s growth both in India and abroad.
Ganesh Chidambarakrishnan – Consultant
Ganesh is a consultant and is a core member of the associate organizations of the TAO gharana such as Flame TAO Knoware, Quinnergy Leadership Academy and Ritambhara. He is a Certified Assessor of Business Excellence for CII following the EFQM excellence model, holds a Level 2 certification in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre, is a certified EUM Practitioner and is a Certified PDA Analyst (DISC theory based personality assessment tool). He is also an experienced assessor in Development Centres across many organizations in diverse sectors.
Ganesh has over 25 years of experience in diverse domains including Quality & Business Consulting, HR and Organization Development, across various organizations spanning diverse industries including Telecom, BFSI, Pharma, Hospitality, ICT, Travel, Manufacturing, Textiles, Healthcare, Media, etc.
Rajeev Natarajan – Consultant
Rajeev Natarajan has been studying with Raghu Ananthanarayanan since ’12 in immersing, understanding and working with various sources of Indic wisdom such as the Yoga Sutra by Patanjali and the Mahabharata in individual and organization contexts. He is not only one of the facilitators of the Quinnergy suite of products but is also a core contributor to the product development ecosystem at Quinnergy and leads the technology aspects of the products.
He’s certified in life and executive coaching and the EUM assessment tools for both individuals and organizations from TAO Leadership Academy and enjoys working in various organization spaces – from small businesses, nonprofits and large multinationals – in exploring “how can we be the best that we can be”. In these explorations, he enjoys contexts where the exploration centres around both new product innovation and long term sustainable excellence of organizations.
Naresh Purushotham – Mentor and Advisor
He started his career with Helpage India as one of the founding members. He was one of the key members in establishing the NGO as a pivotal agency in the care of the elderly.
His work at Helpage brought him in contact with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. He switched over from Helpage to O&M and thereafter grew steadily over the next 10 years into management. His work at O&M included working on key clients like the Murugappa Group.
In 1995, Naresh exited the advertising industry and started Crestcom International operations in India along with Lakshmi Vasan. In the last 2 decades Naresh has led Crestpoint Consultants and established the company as a leading leadership development company.

Sanjay Anandaram – Mentor & Advisor
Sanjay Anandaram has spent over 2 decades as an IT industry executive, an entrepreneur, a VC, an advisor to early stage funds, start-up mentor and teacher. He’s a founding partner of JumpStartUp, an early stage VC fund set up to invest in technology and technology enabled businesses that leveraged India. He brings significant international experience involving new business creation and business development in India, US, Asia, Middle East and Africa. He’s involved with TiE Bangalore, Nasscom, IIM Bangalore, INSEAD, Singapore and is on the Expert Panel of the Technology Development Board, Dept of Science and Technology, Govt of India. Sanjay is an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata with an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Sherine Joseph – Operations & Delivery Manager
Sherine has over 13 years of industry experience in various roles spanning Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Customer Support, and Teaching. She works closely with the management to ensure achievement of goals and interfacing with senior client stakeholders to enable seamless delivery, client engagement, and reporting.
Sherine manages end-to-end client engagement and project delivery for learning and development initiatives, participates in client briefings, understands client requirements and work with internal leaders to scope engagement, learning frameworks and delivery process
She manages all participant interactions and hand-holding processes throughout the learning engagement – pre-program, program and post-program processes, outcomes, feedback management, facilitator co-ordination, online learning portal management, logistics management, survey rollout – pre and post program and ongoing business application exercises.
Vinod Kumar – Administration
Vinod Kumar coordinates office activities, manages agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management, manages phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and supports in budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data, track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary and assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Ashok is the Managing Director of Reflexive Lenses Consulting Private ltd.,based out of Bangalore. He works with individuals, groups and organizations in areas such as personal growth, leadership development, team building, diversity and inclusion, gender relations, organization culture and development. Understanding the salient features of the Indian identity is of special interest to him.
He has authored a framework and suite of tools called EUM (Existential Universe Mapper) for mapping individual identity and organization culture, which has been deployed in more than 100 organizations covering more than 5000 people. The findings from this data are available in his latest book Indian Managers and Organizations: Boons and Burdens (a Routledge publication) His other publications include Child Man- the Selfless narcissist.

Lakshminarayan Pandit is a highly accomplished business leader having held business leadership positions in reputed companies across several industries both in India and overseas. Pandit has been passionate about people development, particularly leadership development throughout his career. He has been a coach and mentor to several senior leaders. Pandit is a certified coach with Professional Certificate of Coaching from International Coach Federation; and has an MBA from IIM (Ahmedabad).
He was the Managing Director of SHL India from 2005 to 2018, leading business growth of the company, and establishing SHL as a leader in providing talent management services to reputed multinationals and Indian business groups. Prior to SHL, he held leadership positions in Unilever India, Arvind Mills, and Tata Teleservices.
Pandit has been passionate about people development, particularly leadership development throughout his career. He has been a coach and mentor to several senior leaders.
